Sprunki Deluxe + Ocs is an expansion to Sprunki Deluxe, a community manifesto. This mod goes beyond the usual remix mold, becoming a true creative playground, where each original character (OC) is a completely independent piece of the puzzle, with its own world and never-before-seen musical interactions.

Gameplay: From Rhythm to Character Identity

The core strength of Sprunki Deluxe + OCs! lies in the way it turns music into a storytelling medium. Each OC is more than just an additional layer of sound—it is a living entity.

• Distinctive beat signature: Not all OCs run the same tempo as Deluxe. Some use polyrhythms, syncopations, or even tempos that vary over time.
• Story Revealed Through Sound: When you perform the right combo, you not only get a special animation but also trigger an “OC Memory Echo”—a snippet of audio that tells the story/interprets the character’s hidden lore, which can be an echo, spoken word, or glitched sample.

New Features That Make Sprunki Deluxe + Ocs Special

Dynamic OC Modulation

Not all characters stay in the same rhythm throughout the game. Some OCs have the ability to change their pitch, speed, and layer animation depending on the combination the player performs, creating a sense of evolution throughout the song.

“Dual-Core Layering” Variation

Lets you choose 2 OCs at once, combining both rhythm and animation—but importantly, choosing the right pair with a “lore connection” will unlock hidden animations, special chorus effects, and even theme-changing background colors.

Burst Remix Mode

An experimental mode where you drop each OC “sample” into the original track in real time, almost allowing you to DJ while playing. The samples automatically sync with the music playing according to AI.

The upgraded “OC Sync Theater” library

It’s no longer just a loop animation view—now you can edit animation layers, try different background effects, and mix & match visual effects as if you were making a video.

Character design: From handwriting to pixel icons

Unlike the old mods that only stopped at simple animations, Sprunki Deluxe + OCs! celebrates each OC as a separate mascot.

• Diverse art styles: from watercolor art, retro pixels, and vector animation to VHS glitch style.
• Multi-dimensional emotions: Animation is not only cheerful—there are characters that reflect negative emotions, sadness, and loss, creating a different depth for a rhythm game.
• Original Community Voiceover: Each OC has its own voice or sound effect, recorded and processed by the OC creator himself—giving them a distinct, unmistakable personality.

Hidden Easter Eggs & Chained Lore

This mod also has a meta layer—a hidden lore system that connects OCs through background colors, symbols, and hidden audio files.

• Some OCs are alternate-dimensional clones of the original Deluxe character.
• There is an OC glitch that cannot be selected directly—it only appears if you perform a special “off-beat” sequence 3 times in a row.
• There is a hidden voiceover that only appears when OC A + B + C are combined in a specific order—telling a part of the Sprunki universe’s backstory from a new perspective.
